Sosphere

SOSPHERE - Solutions for Optimal Service Provision and Health Equity in Remote Environments, è un progetto cofinanziato dal programma Interreg Central Europe e guidato da CEI -Central European Initiative. SOSPHERE mira a migliorare l'accesso ai servizi socio-sanitari nelle aree periferiche, affrontando sfide quali il cambiamento demografico, la progressiva limitazione delle risorse nel settore dei servizi e il divario digitale, dedicando una particolare attenzione alla popolazione anziana e vulnerabile. Il progetto si occuperà di analizzare le esigenze della popolazione locale, mappare la tipologia e l’accessibilità dei servizi esistenti, e sviluppare strumenti di guida e orientamento per migliorarne la fruibilità. Lo scopo ultimo di SOSPHERE è infatti supportare le autorità locali nel garantire l’equità della salute, colmare le disuguaglianze nell’accesso ai servizi di base e promuovere la collaborazione territoriale per incrementare il benessere delle comunità.

SOSPHERE - Solutions for Optimal Service Provision and Health Equity in Remote Environments, is a project co-funded by the Interreg Central Europe programme and led by CEI - Central European Initiative. SOSPHERE aims to improve the access to healthcare services in peripheral and lagging areas, addressing challenges such as demographic change, the progressive limitation of resources in the sector and the digital divide, with a particular focus on the older and vulnerable population. The project will analyse the needs of the local population, map the type and the level of accessibility of existing services, and develop guidance and orientation tools to improve their usability. SOSPHERE’s ultimate goal is to support local authorities in ensuring health equity, bridging inequalities and promoting territorial collaboration to increase the well-being of communities.
